Résumé
This summary report presents the results of a study that aimed to understand the experience of institutional care and the impact of language barriers in the long-term care sector, based on the perspectives of managers, frontline care providers, residents, and their family caregivers. It also sought to explore variations in the provision of French-language services according to the linguistic status of the LTC homes, whether they are Francophone-oriented, designated, identified, or unidentified.
